Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. At the time of offer, you might be able to get the benefit of free shipping.

Shipping Timeframe

The estimated number of days required to ship the product will be communicated during the checkout process and is dependent on the destination and availability of the item. Our usual timeline for shipping ranges between 4 to 7 days. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly within this timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances or high demand may affect the shipping schedule. We will make our best efforts to keep you informed about any delays or changes in the estimated shipping time.

    • Qtilex (Bellatrix India Group) does not ship to Post Office (PO) boxes.
    • We can ship products weighing 45 lbs or less to APO/FPO/ DPO addresses. Please contact support@qtilex.com for a quote.
    • Orders under 4 lbs may be shipped via Our Logistics Partner, with the end delivery being from the United States Parcel Service. Delivery times will depend on the destination.
    • Specific delivery times or dates may be available with certain delivery types. Additional charges may apply.

We take pride in our fast and reliable shipping! We always try and ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order, and we’ll always notify you as soon as your product ships. Occasionally we will ship items to you directly from our supplier. In these cases, orders usually take 7-10 business days to begin shipping. Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated.

If you are shopping on on U.S site you will only be able to check out in the contiguous United States (yep that’s right, all 48 states). Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship every item internationally or to PO, FPO, APO, AE boxes or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, but we hope we will be able to amend this sometime in the future. Exclusions may apply.

Because our deals do not always ship out at the same time, we cannot allow combined shipping. But hey, at least it’s free!
